Precision Pro Golf NX7 Pro Slope Golf Rangefinder Review

very special edition here if I can refuse it what's in the box what's in the box at the nx7 precision Pro we're gonna check it out [Music] okay so nx7 they do a multiple they do a multitude of range finders for golf for hunting even this one the nx7 says it's accurate plus or minus one yard it's got a 400 yard range water-resistant tournament legal and we're going to see what it's all about so let's check it out nice carrying case pretty good you see that it's got user manual lanyard and a lens cloth pretty simple enough and now let's see what's in here right it's a nice case good color good look the logo on there see that hopefully so here it is about the size of my hand good fit you've got a nice kind of reptile feel some rubberized grip there and yeah a couple different modes it looks like I'm guessing probably slope and let's see what we got it's pretty cool so what it's doing is when I hit the I hit the kind of the power button on it and point the flag as soon as it's the flag you just hit you don't have to hold down the button it'll uh it'll buzz gives you a little buzz to know that you're hitting the flag which is a nice kind of piece of feedback yeah pretty easy Oh got me 134 on it pretty simple enough I really like it's a good color it's a good quality it doesn't feel like cheap plastic or anything the other thing that's real cool about the NX Evans is it's got a two-year warranty to it which is real nice and the kicker is free lifetime worth of batteries for it so you can always go back to the site and check this out and let them know you need a new battery and they'll hook you up so it's pretty nice I think I like it yeah it's good thumbs up I'll be using that on the interstate in these part three there we got that kind of we're up above we can determine what it is I'm playing in a tournament which I don't do because I'm not very good it's nice so you can turn that off too and just get your straight distances so an x7 rangefinder it's a good one this has been what's in the box the cue and reviews it see you next time [Music]

the marketplace is pretty crowded these days with distance measuring devices and GPS watches and all sorts of gadget REE designed to help you figure out exactly how far to hit the ball there's a new player in the game the nx7 laser rangefinder I'm going to do a little unboxing and testing of it with you so we can all kind of experience it together just arrived a few moments ago from our friends in the big brown truck and I think much like our friends at Bushnell this nx7 is designed to be lightweight and is a point at whatever you want to get and grab the distance so as we unbox it there's well there's not an overabundance of much of anything in here that's not a negative it's just is like a pretty sparse package with an openness pumping out take a look at it and this is what you would call fairly remote fairly minut fairly lightweight I would say maybe three ounces if anything we're going to fire it up we're going to take it outside get a little test run but this is what it looks like from precision Pro the nx7 laser rangefinder let's head outside we unbox this for you inside the Michigan Golf live and for golfers template headquarters a couple days ago and then we had to wait until winter left at least for a few hours to get outside and test the precision Pro so we're going to take out a of the actual case here and remind you what it looks like first of all and remembering that the gold standard in the industry really has been laid out by Bushnell I tend to compare everything to the gold standard so the operation of the nx7 is really quite simple there's only one button to mess with when you hit this button and I can't show you a visual inside the viewfinder but some crosshairs appear and especially when you come to a driving range where you're going to get into the practice you want to make sure your distances are all dialed in properly so right now I'm going to stand next to the camera you can see the 75 right there let's see how accurate the course is and how accurate the device is seventy three point six which is probably true cuz we're at the front of this tee we'll go over to the two hundred marker way out there the distance we'll find that it's 199 well one of these two things can't be correct I can't be four yards short on the 75 that are right onto 200 so either they have their science placed improper leaders as possible or maybe there's a little variance in here now here's the one thing that I've noticed is a bit of a of a hitch in the NFL I wish I could show you the inside with the crosshairs appear they're very wide and so they tend to take in objects that aren't necessarily the one that you're aiming at so when I look out to go to the 200 sign if I'm not careful I can get the white tree that's out there beyond it and in these wide crosshairs it's not difficult to have it go a little bit far so while I'm glad that the industry is growing that there are more and more choices for you as a golfer for distance measuring devices and you can gauge the prices accordingly I'm Anna Bushnell guy through and through but you are certainly encouraged to give a try to the nx7 and perhaps it will be more to your liking than it is mine enjoy
