[Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] excited to show you this awesome product this is called our motion and these folks have developed a product I'm going to show you how this works they've got these little clips so easily attached to your golf clubs and they've got a tracker that pops in there and what you can do is you can actually play amazing amazing golf the golf club game is award-winning golf simulation software and so they've partnered our emotions partner with the golf club game to give you this phenomenal a simulation experience for a fraction of the price so just to kind of pop through this a little bit I'm gonna hit play and what's neat play around I mean I've got myself registered and I'm gonna click along here oh and by the way I could go back here and I can add in other players you get up you can play a foursome family friends have a blast playing around here now it's just me in the studio today so I'm going to play a hole for you I've got a driver 7-iron putter and wedge because the arm motion kit comes with four clips and the best thing about this besides a simulation revolution golfers is the shocking Club and ball data I'm showing you in just a second how they've got so much amazing technology built into this little tracker that pops in you can see I've got it my 7-iron here it's not on my watch it just pops in and out and you play the next shot it's fantastic so let's get started let me click along here pick courses and what's neat is you have a whole list of golf courses some you'll be familiar with and some you won't you know what's neat we've got great tottington golf club in the UK so for funsies why not let's play it let's click on it so you know it's a sixty eight hundred yard golf course the green speeds are medium although I've played a hole or two on it's kind of fast and let's get started so we've got a commentator chiming in here on good shots in bad shot it's kind of funny as well so we've got 153 yard par 3 and there's there's no wind on this particular hole but there's wind on a lot of these holes and you have to be mine that so you've got some things you can look at here we can adjust where we want to aim simply by toggling left and right here we've got different views we can kind of take a look at this crazy green here and is this bunker complex we can have an overview come back to the tee box so it's kind of nice you can kind of get this amazing you know simulation take a look an overhead view there are em on the tee right there we're gonna go tee off let's see how I do okay so just for the sake of play here I've shined it up on my screen now I know many of you can't do this at home but you can play it on on your PC or connect it to your television that's not too difficult to figure out and so we've got this par 3 I'm going to hit a little soft 7-iron 153 yards we'll see how I do shot looks pretty good little baby draw there we go just landed fractionally short there's the ball data in club data right there you can't beat that fantastic that's amazing so the technology built into this is absolutely freaky so now we've got a six footer let's see how I do a little tap-in for birdie come on now baby you got this now what I can do is I can pop the tracker off my 7-iron slides out of its little case got my handy dandy little putter here slide it in my putter make sure the tracker is nice and square there we go easy as that a little 6-foot putt no real break to worry about a little uphill actually slightly come on baby fast greens that's what I'm talking about okay so made a birdie we do good for me right anyway let's go to the next hole and what do we have here this is an the number one stroke hole so we've got 483 yards and they're suggesting 3-wood Lahman a toggle to my driver so let's go ahead and I've got the toggle play the driver I'm going to try to hit this 265 I'm gonna hit the camera view real quick here let's take a little look e here where I want to go a little dogleg right so I have to little fade or worry about hitting it in that bunker out there you know it's 300 yards but I don't I can't hit that far anymore and it's surprisingly good data here too so let's go ahead and hit a shot there we go get that driver I'm gonna move my aim over I'm gonna try to cut this corner just to sliver we're gonna aim right over here avoid that bunker if we can and see if I can do it pop the tracker right in my driver let's tee it up and mash one down there and see how we do I think you get the point though this is a super fun at home golf simulation game and you can use almost golf balls or you can use real golf balls with a net let's go ahead and mash one down there felt pretty good right there uh-oh going a little right fly baby right rough so hit it in the right rough so now I've got to make a plate for this next shot here I've got 225 yards into the green so I'm gonna pick a club appropriate for that and we'll play the rest of the hole this is a great super fun game available from our motion it comes with four attachments for your clubs I tell you what the golf simulation software is amazing these companies that are selling multiple tens of thousand dollar simulations this is a fraction of a fraction of the cost and if your this is for PC and it works really really well it's a great time a lot of fun for you to understand your ball and club data and have amazing simulation software to have a blast with so Marvin Chuck's super excited for our motion I hope you have a great time with this product I love it

hi I'm Jamie Goodall PGA golf professional I'm also the national ambassador for pro to UK we're here today to have a little look at the arm motion personal golf simulator which is distributed by protein UK and this is a personalised golf simulator for those who at home may not be able to forward a full golf simulator set up like we're standing in now let's have a little look inside and see what we get for our money with the arm motion comes in quite a nice box there when we open this up should fold out this way this is a four-piece pack there is a 14 piece pack option so you have 14 shaft holders for your transmitter you also have in the Box here a receiver this plugs directly into your PC or laptop and this is what then talks to the computer from the transmitter and then obviously gives you the outcome of your shots so if we lift this up to the underside of the box inside here we have the charger for the transmitter we have holders for each one of the offerings because also inside of the of the packaging is obviously your arm motion user guide full instructions of how to attach the transmitter to the holders and how they attach to the shafts it also shows you how to set up the simulator and how to also download the light version of the golf club simulator which comes with 14 courses and also a driving range you can actually upgrade to the full golf club software which then has inaccessible 400,000 courses online based but plenty in there 14 golf courses and the driving range absolutely perfect for playing golf at home and practicing your bolts right let's see how these fits are the clubs and hit some shots with it so before we play we need to set the golf level now we only have four of these so you can put these onto four clubs as I mentioned before there is a 14 pack of elision so you can set this up with each individual club in the golf bag these are shaft clips which hold the transmitter so we need to clip these onto the shaft of the golf club to things you've got to be aware of when you do this firstly you have to it's the correct whale so the transmitter slides in from the top not from the bottom so we're going to put these orphans off facing up I'm going to clip this onto the shaft of the golf club like so it's nice and tight so it doesn't slip around then we have to make sure that this is it 90 degrees to the leading edge of the golf club so if we put the golf look down to the floor with it sitting nice and flat and then we can make the adjustment until this is in a square position once we've done that there is a tightening screw here which we can put in also comes with its own little allen key here so we can tighten that up it's important that you don't over tighten these so only tighten them until the screw just stops turning should be there in just a second about there if you over tighten them there's a chance you can break the screw holders so once that's in well then ready for the transmitter let's now simply slides into the top and we're ready to go okay so once we have the club set up we've got the transmitter in the holder to turn the transmitter on you just tap it twice you can see you've got a red lights on there then what you need to do is download from the our motion website the software which we've already done here so we're going to open that up some brief instructions again on how to install the holder onto the golf club we've done that that's okay we're gonna click on next it's an explaining how to line it up so it's square just as we mentioned before how to get the most and avoid any common mistakes so again you always have to make sure that when you're putting this on the golf club that it is parallel to the floor now the receiver which we've already have plugged into the laptop here this is going to deal with any information sent from the transmitter into the game software so again that shows you how to set that up on there we've already done that if we look at the little lights on the transmitter we can see that blue shows up the device is turned on and it's a waiting for a connection when it turns green this means that the device is successfully connected to the application if it flashes red it means the battery is running low just to point out that on a full charge the guide says that this will be good for $300 swings so that should be plenty to get some practice in if you're taking 300 shots while playing around with golf then maybe that's not so good that may needs some golf tuition from your local PGA pro if it's amber it means the battery is fully charged and also if it's flashing amber it means that the battery is being charged so you should only see the flashing amber light when it's plugged into the charger so we can bypass that bit now now it's showing us the screen for the licensing status we've obviously this has already been downloaded so the dongle status is in play license is good our motion status means it's ready to play when you've clicked play you'll see a flashing icon in the bottom of your screen with the golf club logo we're gonna double click on that it's now going to ask you to set your screen resolution and the graphics quality on the PC or the laptop you can leave this as it is if you're not using it on a projected screen so we click play and this should begin the golf club software as I said this is the lite version of the golf club software so you've got 14 courses one driving range you can upgrade this at any time via protein website or contact and pro to UK for the full version but 14 courses and the dragon range it should be plenty to get on with for now so we want to play we're going to choose the driving range so we're going to click on four courses [Music] I'm gonna select the driving range and this is gonna load up our driving range for us now right okay so we've got our driving range all set up and ready to go one thing with the golf clubs software that I've noticed when I've been using it in a driving range feature is that because the driving ranges are built as holes it expects you to play on the driving range as you would a normal golf ball so to avoid that press the escape button scroll down to where it says auto rewind shot make sure it's enabled then go back that will now allow you to hit the same Club over and over again select the club you're going to use this just helps with the accuracy so Z&X changes the club so I'm gonna go down to a 6-iron that's what I'm gonna hit it's saying that it expects you to hit it approximately 170 yards don't have to worry about that you can ignore that that's just the that's just the computer software program with an average distance of a 16 obviously that doesn't apply to you and it doesn't also mean that when you hit it it's going to go of hundred and seventy yards so let's see what happens I've got a 6-iron in my hand let's go and hit some shots but let's see what this says okay so I've got a 6-iron in my hand which I mentioned before I'm gonna hit a shot here now and see how see how accurate the our motion is I normally hit a 6-iron about 185 286 yards so let's see what we get I strike that too badly I felt that I pulled it a tiny bit we've got 176 that's a little bit tomorrow a little bit upon us here let's do this another one that one was a much better strike probably a little bit closer sue Oh normally expect to strike it just short there it's 178 comes up with a swing path on there you've got information for where you struck the ball from which is pretty good the pathway so what we'll do with this one we'll pause this next one and we'll have a little bit of stats on there and see what it brings up okay so the last shot I hit 179 yards in distance wasn't a bad strike particularly so not not million miles away in there in terms of distance I've got some nice information on here that you tend to get with the full protein golf club simulator where you've got swing path got smash factor in there not bad at all the club head speed very close to what my club head speed is normally now I did say on that last shot I pulled it a bit so you can see the swing path was a little bit out and across the line back in off line at the bottom you can see the pull to the left deviation I hit it right out the middle of the clubface I think I did I hit that pretty solid it also shows the ball path off the club face as well which again will be a fraction left the club face slightly closed the path is 2 degrees left the club face is closed by 2 degrees and that actually means that the club face was squared to the path so a little bit of a straight fall which is exactly what I thought I hit when it hits it launch angle fraction higher than normally is for me but all-in-all that's that's not bad information at all actually quite impressed with that okay so so far not bad at all in comparison to obviously full golf simulators and and other systems which are considerably more expensive this hasn't done a bad job there at all a few yards maybe out on the distance but not too much perfectly good for practice purposes and playing a fun game of golf on there with your friends let's see how we can pick up draws and fades so I'll hit some fades and I'll hit some draws and we'll see if see if it picks those up well again that looks like it's bending to the right side of the center line so it seems to have picked up a fade that has your low walnuts I let's go for a long roll little bit further back in the stance again slightly closed look face Wow that really did pick that up right so definitely it's definitely capable of picking up launch angle alright Volk light or open and closed clubface let me get a high-paid now I think we've got that high fade there yeah we've got about that pretty good let's go for a night roll let's start off on a high note nice swing that's the hard roll that finishing left side of sensor not bad at all I must say I'm quite impressed with that that's not bad at all as I said my distance is a feel and a little bit shorter than normal but not by too much it's it gives a pretty good guide of actual distance extremely impressed with how that picked up the the drawers and the fades the lows and the highs it did that job a lot better than I thought it would to be to be perfectly honest so yeah and it did it did it absolutely flawlessly it showed the the exact shot that I played so all in all I think this is quite a nice little device absolutely perfect for a home user who doesn't have an indoor facility like this or who doesn't have the space to have one practice net in the garden and the laptop and you can be out there in the sunshine hitting golf balls getting some feedback on the swing working on the swing even playing a few holes with friends if you like so all-in-all very very impressive little piece of kit
Testing R-Motion by Par2ProVirtualGolf

everybody career from parta Pro we're here with our favorite tester Alan we're going to check out the Rhapsody our motion we're going to show you how we've been trying to tweak it a little bit here so you get a little bit more accurate so we went in this is the interface one point two point eight they have a Club modification so you can pick your player up on the top or you can add a player through the game and so we're just going to use my profile in here even for Alice but that's okay and in the driver what we did is we actually just lowered the loft of the club and what we were finding is just some of the spin numbers we're pretty high so just play around with it a little bit to tweak it to get a little bit more accurate so with that being said then we just go over to the game everything's already connected licensed dongle and our motion we're all good to go here we've got the latest firmware in and we're just going to hit play and hopefully you guys can see that in the video there and we're just going to pick our high resolution here and windowed play and as you can see we are setting a screen here we've got a we always hear a particle we're always testing different products including screens so the screening here is not quite installed 100% so you won't see a very flat image but we're testing it out just to see what kind of quality it is definitely not better than our HQ but that's all part of the testing so we're just going to go into offline mode to show you what the basic our motion setup has and go on to play play around and because we're using my my player status we've changed Aalto right-handed hitter I'm a lefty and that's probably why you don't see me doing a lot of the testing and we'll go into the all courses here on the second page we've got the protein driving arrangement you just go to that click on advanced key off and we're going to use a driver here so the key on this is definitely making sure that the club is selected and then we're going to show you a few shots so we're actually going to go into the auto rewind shot and hit enable we're going to resume the game and by your way they're out now we've got the GP to set up for our comparison obviously a huge price point difference between the two so but it's nice to use our GC 2 as a benchmark and I'll just pause this here and we'll read off some stuff so let's start off ball speed was 141 on the TGT I got 132 and the launch angle 11 degrees about 13 and it carried to 28 and I have 202 and the backspin 3081 30 mi and I've got 28 76 and the side span of 10 to the right and I've got 1,200 to the right okay so we've got some some differences there and it's been what we've done is we've changed the law for the club just because we found that the spent numbers were pretty high but for the most part we've been finding that the club path and face angle the swing path up here in the club face has been pretty consistent to what I'll normally normally hits right now yeah we were opening and closing the page with a few test shots and it was reacting really as well to doing that so the information that is actually reading is doing a good job so we'll hit a couple more shots here and compare some numbers but as I'll sit mount setting up for that there you notice that the herbage of the last one is pretty long but that's probably because we just lowered that lower the loft of the club quite a bit so it looks like we can play around with those settings a bit to really tweak your clubs um now we're just going to go up to another comparison ball feed on TGC one 42.9 I have 136 and the let's go to the launch angle 11 degrees 12 point 9 carry to 27 this is 225 well of that's pretty close so the backspin 2998 so we have 23 5 done and sides been left 60 I'm sorry left 615 and it has right 320 okay and again pretty consistent on his clubface being open his swing path being in two out and we've also found it being pretty consistent on those readings in this new version that we have of the our motion sensor seems to have a lot more accuracy and less missed shots so we're definitely pressed on the next version here for the price point of course now when I did not hit well okay well that's got to be interesting to see what happens none of us is perfectly safe all right so we got a ball speed of 141 140 and launch angle 13 I 9 and the carry of 225 201 and backspin 37 27 44 o 4 and 5 spend 13 and that's where the mistakes Canyon I had 1500 right spin I hit right off the toe and open so it misses they missed that side spin which is calculating wrong see on this hunk oh yeah that's where this one is shorter than our motion is reading yeah none our emotions not going to read whether hits off the tour or the you know if you if you hit it battery hit at sin and that's kind of one of the drawbacks but again the mass of prey something different for that price difference you can't expect it to be the same so and I would say instead I let the Basil's in 5 degrees I would be I would agree with I pushed it and it doesn't in two out of five and I open apply so that sounds pretty good excellent so that's the driver stay tuned we're going to do another video on an 8-iron and for more information you can always visit at WWE
Using R-Motion to learn Club Face Control
Video Transcription
[Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] I'm gonna do a tip today and show you our motion this is a just a simulation game that's fantastic and we're going to talk about clubface control today so let me show you a shot without clubface control and I'll explain it dare I say four to the right oh sit down ball sit down ball sit down Boston down ball sit down ball Oh splashdown you could see where that went right in the pond over there purposely took this club and I rolled it and I cupped my lead wrist and I flattened my trail wrist and I got the clubface in a place that's really hard to time up and deliver back to square you see what happens if you roll the face that excessively a couple of things via a decent body motion when you deliver the club to the ball the face is going to be pointing well to the right so after a while guess what you'll learn how to do you learn do you teach yourself to back the hips up and swing over the top down and across it so that you can start your right shot farther to the left well let's talk about some hand things you can do I like to use my educator and then to this a number of years ago it's a super simple little device it kind of mimics a coat hanger you know it's got a lot of features naturally because I put some thought into this but once that pops in there now you have the ability to really kind of understand something that hinges and unhinges in the plane of the lead arm right there so in that swing where I hit it in the lake basically at the top that's what you would have saw a wide open space here rather than one that is actually nice and flat dare I say even a little bit boat so let's hit another shot here and see how we do this time when I set up I make it organized over the golf ball and I'm in my I'm gonna feel that condition right here I'm gonna go ahead and feel what that's like you don't have to have an educator to do this let me get another trusty little gizmo I have a plain old coat hanger you can kind of see how this mimics well if I hold this in here I can get that feeling of how this works right here I can feel if I can glide that along my lead arm and how to square that rather than over rotating that face in the backswing so you can do this well though you just got to hold on to it in there with a coat hanger and let's hit a little shot I'm gonna do a little bit better job here we've got 142 yards let's keep this one out of the pond I'm gonna keep that Club and wrist condition nice and organized in my backswing club is lightly touching the mat not rusting let's hit a little shot for you guys there we go that felt better oh yeah that's what I'm talking about we've got ourselves a little short putt for birdie I like that right there inside out delivery of the golf club and once you can see there is at the top of my swing I was organized when you're organized at the top a lot of nice things can happen from the top down to the bottom [Music]
