The TecTecTec VPRO500S comes with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty that serves as a testament to its durability.
It features a slope and flagseeker.
The Slope mode combined with PinSlope technology gives an accurate measurement as well as an angle-compensated measurement; this helps you take the right club for the shot and hit the golf ball at the right trajectory.
Most of the other golf rangefinders don’t have an angle compensation feature, so it’s a big plus for the TecTecTec VPRO500S.
Many of the earlier versions of golf rangefinders experienced problems with overlapping objects – they locked in wrong subjects/objects in the background.
This isn’t the case with the TecTecTec VPRO500s.
When you use it in the “First Target Priority” mode, it will display the distance of the closest object even with different subjects in the background. On the other hand, if you set it in the “Distance Target Priority” mode, the distance of the farthest object will be displayed, which is useful in wooden and heavily bushed areas.
There is also a scan mode that allows you to know the distance of hazards in the course, giving you a chance to avoid them more accurately. All these modes and features of the TecTecTec VPRO500S help you get a better shot and keep your score as low as possible.
The VPRO500S also sports an accelerometer-based inclinometer that displays degrees of elevation and computes the total distance, including this elevation. Customers are satisfied with the accuracy and long measurement range of this golf rangefinder.
We can easily recommend it to anyone looking for a mid-range golf rangefinder to improve their game.
hey guys four best golf here and we're bringing you another view of the Wilson's staff elite 50 golf ball now you're probably thinking what the heck Wilson doesn't even make golf balls well yeah they still do my golf balls they were pretty big company golf probably on 10 20 30 years ago kind of drop-down in respect but this is a quite a good golf ball for the very little price so let's just give you a quick tour around the box so here it's as well since top 50 and you'll see there on the side the back they just have some specs with a towel affecting how the soft core and the some compression is really supposed to make a difference around the greens and giving you excellent feel on off the driver and giving you a lot less spin off the driver while still maintaining and that great spin around the Greens now we all know the golf balls that have X golf the cases that have exclamation marks on them usually are a low type of golf ball that are really cheap and pretty bad but this coke ball is actually a cheap golf ball retailing Bowl around you know 15 17 bucks a dozen but it really does shine in performance before the price now this is no pent-up or probably 1x as I have here but this is definitely a golf ball maybe for that mid handicap golfer or a golfer that doesn't want to spend as much money on balls but it still doesn't want to compromise for feel around the Greens now this is what the optional golf ball looks like I just says Wilson staff there and they do come in really weird numbers look I'm like for example this one's uh 53 it says 50 elite on the side there and they have this really shallow dimpled pattern which is supposed to do something with the compression and giving you less spin off the team now this ball off the tee I mean most balls the amateur golfer can't really feel that much a difference off the driver with a with any ball whether it's a Penta top flight or a pinnacle but when you really get down to when you start hitting your iron and especially your putter and the shots around the green the feel is really compromised in the range ball that range ball gives you that really nice tingly feeling as I'm sure most of you know that when you're hitting it and your hands just vibrate even after hitting a really good shot but this ball is quite surprisingly good actually it's from on cutting if you didn't know what kind of ball this is you would think this is probably somewhere around the thing of a Nike Vapor one tore a ball like that it might not be quite as soft as let's say a pro v1 but it is should be it's in around the range of softness to let's say a 35 or $40 golf ball meanwhile it's only actually retailing for $17 this golf ball I just bought i used it after in my club championship last year i actually found one and i played with it for the 12 holes in the club championship until after i hit a 3-wood into the water from around i know to 35 out or something like but i use this ball for 12 holes of a club championship and most of your thing you all you have to take this very seriously you'll try to use your best ball you have like a pen tear or something but actually i use this and actually could not feel that much in much of a difference now when actual wedge spin and coming out of the bunkers this ball yes it does not stop as fast as a pro v1 or a Penta or any of those higher-end golf balls but the scoff ball is very good for the quote for the price and I actually highly recommend you checking this golf ball ball out if you just want to hit around on let's say it could be quick nine-hole course or something or just at the start of the year you don't you're not quite in your groove of your swing and you know you don't want to be worried about losing all these golf balls and just throwing away $5 bills here and there so this golf ball is quite a good deal for the price and it really is a good golf ball and I highly recommend you guys check it out this concludes my review of the Wilsons 50 golf ball now I just want to tell you quickly give you a little thing about we might be happening in future we're going to probably be uploading course vlogs probably in a month's time that's we just got a cold snap here and the snow probably is going to be melting in around a few weeks and the course it should open in mid-april and that's when we should get on the course and start filming you some things and actually got back from the golf store and I picked up a a Titleist 913 hybrid a 19 degree and I will be showing you guys and in the bag update in the near future I'm actually getting all my clubs regripped and I'll be showing you that as well as some new things that I got I hope you guys enjoyed this review remember subscribe like and comment and have a great day bye
2. Bushnell Tour V4 JOLT Golf Laser Rangefinder
Our Honest Star Rating
If you want a compact and high-quality golf rangefinder with an amazing range, the Bushnell Tour V4 JOLT is worth considering.
When it comes to golf rangefinders, Bushnell is a market leader so we expect nothing less but the very best from it.
If you want a compact and high-quality golf rangefinder with an amazing range, the Bushnell Tour V4 JOLT is worth considering. When it comes to golf rangefinders, Bushnell is a market leader so we expect nothing less but the very best from it.
The phrase “good things come in small packages” perfectly fits the Bushnell Tour V4. It’s a great rangefinder that comes with a generous price tag. Despite packing a long effective range, it’s smaller than many other rangefinders.
The Bushnell Tour V4 JOLG is an incredibly powerful rangefinder that’s approved for tournament use by the USGA. It comes with a hard carrying case to prevent it from breaking due to drops. In case something goes wrong with this rangefinder, you might be covered as the Tour V4 comes with a 2-year warranty.
This rangefinder sets itself apart in terms of effective range. With the Tour V4, you can measure distances of up to 1000 yards with a +/- 1 yard error margin. For targets that are really far, you can rely on the fast-focus system and 5x magnification that make it much easier to locate them. Once you have located the target, track the pin with the Pin-Seeker feature of the Tour V4. When you feel the vibration, it means that the target is locked and you can note the measurement.
One major complain we have with this rangefinder is that it doesn’t feature slope support. At this price range, Bushnell should have offered slope support. Moreover, it cannot track speed for the target which is available in several other rangefinders.
It is important to note that the Bushnell Tour V4 is more expensive than most of the other golf rangefinders on this list. So, be prepared to shell out a few hundred dollars if you are considering to buy it.
hey guys mark Russell here at Aulis run and we've got a super soft test so we're going to set the Callaway super soft skull ball see how soft is see what it can do for your game it is sucking we start with a whip box reading I always love a bit of box reading longer carry a longer distance for new long drag hex aerodynamic faster ball speeds increased accuracy from new ultra low compression core improved accuracy is a big statement increased green side control from new softer cover so obviously we're on the course we're going to do the real testing where the boys and control are talking on my face and we've got some dry data as well which we're going to look at any second when I've hit more shots where today I won't really change that much but people like to see more control shot it kind of misses the point of video that but I do it just to try and make the point of the video a little bit clearer for the state capture army libel test kind of a super soft dry ball day is clean clean everything as clean as I can get it 6000 spin with a 7-iron averaging one five five on the supersoft four distant try and hit the ball around 80 yards I'm carrying it April average six nine spin again decent and then with the driver we see if you drop offs 1 3 which is too low much been averaging 2 5 7 this morning I do have a bit of a tweak II back today so the really good numbers on the super software and the dry tests just a little bit worried about this been dropping off a fraction with the driver but that could be my strike my delivery is much anything else let's see what happens on the golf course right start a CR that seems Drive all day over you oh we tried it at 80 yards let's see what happened on the course and you're going to see the ball stuff as well because I do think fussing about 300 500 revs wonder what that means the other end it does fear hope that's a bit left yes pin I 87 yards 4600 red just give the club and the grooves a little clean now it does feel super supersoft this ball I guess that's where this name comes from try it again if I can chuck it in there a little closer middle of the green will it stop so spin on that one sounds a bit root there we go out one night it is a bit over that was 7405 seven thousand two hundred and sixty-four red it's amazing how much spin jump to there so if you're going to see other rules because I'm testing two at the same time but let's start with the super sauce which is not that one here it is supersoft here and here is its pitch lock so that is say a club and a grip this is another piece off here when you saw the numbers jump on spin here is it pitch luck and again that is now two Club lengths and a little bit massive differences pin numbers hardly any different in stop rate both of them felt very similar this is why I do on course testing for balls you can look at that dry day or and make them it what you want there's so many variables when it comes to balls and so little difference that it's very hard to pinpoint anything apart from your feels and those kind of things I think that's really interesting drying the ball isotopes from the red things here I like the red thing so 161 I've moved to the red G's because that gives me the yardage is slightly downwind with my seven I and super soft felt and super soft with that approach shot interesting on the stopping wasn't it let's see what the numbers do here compared to the dryer numbers as well this is a great greens we're trying to get the ball to Scott as well because it kind of all slopes away all right this left the flag but kind of a decent shot was that spinning out six eight good number okay one five three it's a 2,800 revs it feels ah God this is going to be a video of me just think super soft every second of that way super super soft super soft felt super soft like feels like a bit of putty so bad thing I think people I think the whole soft idea feel and the word soft on the box is a great one for giving you an idea of stuff is knowing that's what it's there for and I shot as Lara probably close to what bit long I think get up there and see come on yeah what if you get outside 170 and that's fun three six four nine that's why that's gone leader it was kind of a dry ball I think and obviously the face has got some stuff caught on it as I took a Dipper but the knuckleball pitch mark a supersoft finishing just here that is landing on a downslope and when kind of slightly down very hard to get close to now this one is interesting and I don't know if it was moisture on all my club this one was landing where I don't have to land it here or I mean I saw it up to here at one point and again the interesting point I think here out of the two putts this is the easier shot if it's straight uphill but sometimes I think you even forget if you hit a good or bad shot or if your ball is performed or not subject if I hold that one and three-putt that one I'm going to blame it battling we're not hitting close enough for my part and not being there there's so many things that start clouding is in there it was interesting why that one went so much forever again I do like the soft feels not much in it though not too low where that logical so supersoft is going to be hit with my epic driver and I'm going to try and hit it super hard I think I've ever anything flew around a softer they feel with the driver does it affect distance we saw the DRI numbers hi colo spin bomber two six seven spinning at one nine I did that that's it one more weird the super soft from the tea hopefully you're now starting to understand and I see people in certain social places very much not understanding which is why I keep measuring and telling and showing obviously this is a dry text in all in principle is not from rolling those things this is as dry recipe in a real environment I saw it on a fitting environment cuz it will speed up my face is dry and the ball is dry let's hit one more it makes a nice sound really that's spinning at 2074 carrying one file a two five nine pretty good numbers and what's interesting is when you hit it with the driver the sound of the driver takes almost the sound of the ball yes it felt soft but it certainly didn't feel as super soft as I constantly keep saying [Music] good around the green hills but super soft which is the fasting where we go super soft interesting I do like them they do feel I'm not going to say it you could probably put a caption that that's what they feel super soft super soft super soft felt and super soft I think for some they might feel too soft possibly at the price point with those numbers obviously spin may be fluctuating a little bit but this is kind of real bull casting so that will happen I've seen that happen with the more expensive bulls as well for me personally I'm looking at China says consistent as I can I want a ball to stay consistent as I can which is why I might go for a premium ball and I've done that all my life paying for balls and not paying for balls but I can understand why people who might lose golf balls and want a certain feel would go for this post comments down below have you used super soft did it feel really soft for you to hit thumbs up bye and remember subscribe to the channel as well the buttons down there you just click it it's lovely it makes you see you click you can even make the sound in your head drag it if you want to hit it and you get notifications every time we put balls clubs and many other things engulf for test [Music] well I did that nothing else [Music]

The Nikon Coolshot 20 Golf Rangefinder is preferred by many for being compact. At 9cm x 7cm, this is one of the smallest rangefinders you can find on the market. It is even shorter than the original Coolshot.
The Nikon Coolshot 20 is thin enough to be placed inside a jacket or trouser pocket so you don’t have to keep reaching into your golf bag. The 6x magnification lens of the Coolshot 20 is accurate up to 550 yards which is a pretty generous distance.
This rangefinder is quite easy to use. All you have to do is point it at the target and push a button at the back to turn on the device; you’ll immediately see the target in the crosshair. After about 8 seconds of inactivity, the Coolshot 20 automatically powers off to preserve battery.
You can also change the distance from yards to meters using the front mode button. The lens of the Coolshot 20 uses the First Target Priority System of Nikon so it’ll always pick out the flag in the background. Moreover, distances are shown in 1 yard increments on the screen.
It is easy to pick up objects like flag up to 200 yards; however, the Coolshot 20 requires more time to recognize the flag or objects at a distance of over 200 yards. This rangefinder is also easy to use with glasses, making it a good option for visually-challenged golfers.
The Nikon Coolshot 20 Golf Rangefinder is powered by a standard CR-2 battery that should give you several months’ usage with average levels of play. It also comes with a rain-proof cover that fits easily in one hand.
The Coolshot 20 is one of the least expensive range finders on the market and offers great value for money.
So, it should be on your shortlist if you are looking for a budget golf rangefinder to get through 18 holes with a low score.
[Music] everybody welcome and drones with Golf Academy is always a warm welcome to you thanks for tuning in watching my video today product review in fact today I'm going to be talking all about balls for you in fact Bridgestone balls is the subject just received the new Bridgestone stock and there's some old favorites from last year which are carrying on we've got the the B 330 rx which is a really Tour caliber golf ball for swing speeds of a driver below 105 miles an hour that's me and then we've got the b3 30s which is 4 which is 2 a spin above 105 miles an hour club speed were the driver definitely not for me but the balls I want to talk about today is this one this is the e6 soft this is the straight distance which is brand new for 2017 we've got the e6 soft which I'm going to be doing a little review on today and then we've got the e6 speed which I'll put up in a little while so let's tell you about the e6 soft just reading straight off the back of the cover here we've got flight stabilizing dimples we've got a soft armor cover anti side spin mantle sounds good to me and straight soft core these two balls are really designed to perform very similar ways from what I can understand what it boils down to is just the feel some people like a soft feeling golf ball and some people like a slightly firmer so if you like the soft one this is the one for you now I'm going to go and do some testing next door I'm going to hit some wedge shots and I think I'll hit a few drives as well I've already been on the putting green with these two golf balls very very noticeable the feel between the soft and the straight distance you can hear it and you can feel it at the same time so let's go over into the hitting area next door come with me and we'll hit some shots and we'll get some data and we'll tell you a little bit more about the Bridgestone a6 soft ok thanks the hitting area ready to put these Bridgestone ecig soft golf balls to the test let me tell you a little bit where I am I'm on the 9th hole at the belfry and I've got a hundred and twenty seven yards to the flag as you can see it plays a little bit uphill there's not an awful lot of green between that bunker from trap here and the flag so it's got to be a pretty precise shot so let's go let's hit a couple of shots I need a ball here that's going to stop pretty quick let's in a cup on see see how we go right was a little bit on the thin side but should be okay it's on the green and it stopped 127 bang-on yardage gonna hit a few shots here and then we'll bring up the day two and have a little look field this is really what this test is all about does this ball feel soft off the clubface certainly does send another one could be quite good stove the flag nice a little bit of spin on that one havin 30 yards of carry on that go one more and then bring up the data on screen but Sir yep feels really good to come back that month tri-tip oh nice not that one to go four feet okay three shots there some data which I'll flash on the screen will get a bit of a close-up image on and we'll talk about what we think of it okay let's go and have a look at the data so that's the wedge testing done room and we've got some driver testing to do in a minute three shots which you saw there let's have a quick look at the numbers the spins the thing I'm interested in very consistent on the back spin right here 61 90 60 3162 77 giving me a back spin rate of 60 166 of a wedge with a launch angle of 23 and a half and Brahma pretty low ball launcher folks so I maybe don't generate as much backspin as as other players would how does that compare I guess remember this is not an ultra high spinning golf ball you know if interesting if we did this test for a pro v1 or one of the Bridgestone tours and and saw it compared but that's enough spinning for me to control the ball on landing you saw the ball was kind of pitch and stop I cannot prefer that to a shot which is going to pitch and then zip back you know five six seven feet hard to legislate for that isn't it but a ball that just pitches and stops and test it so consistent on the numbers 127 129 124 how did it feel felt great felt exactly how it should do which was nice and soft off the clubface liked it a lot let's go and whack a few drivers Shoei let's open the shoulders up let's get out there and and hit some shots and see what driver numbers we get okay back to the hitting area and I'll see in a bit driver testing is done got three shots for you here just have a quick look at I was using a ten and a half degree driver with a stiff shaft in their club speed was averaging 105 miles an hour which is about me probably maybe a little bit above average and just had lunch I was feeling fully fully fueled after a lovely chicken and avocado sandwich and that must have given me an extra few miles an hour Club speed I reckon spin rate that's the interesting number with drivers these days we're looking for this sort of high launch low spin combination average thirteen point three degree launch angles pretty good for me of a driver and I got a back spin rate of twenty four thirty one again very good numbers giving me a predicted carry of 262 yards with a predicted run out of somewhere around two eighty five to ninety dependent on ground conditions so what do we think of the Bridgestone ecig soft golf ball I think it's a great all-rounder it gives you a little bit of everything it gives you some feel it's soft it seems to be good distance it seems to be pretty stable in flight you know I don't get me wrong folks all this marketing stuff about you know a golf ball going straighter yeah he put a bad swing on it if you snap hook one or you slice one of your swing pass ten degrees out two in with a clubface that's four degrees open to the path there's no golf ball in the world going to save you you know let's put that on the table but I think there are things which golf balls can do to enhance spin take spin off make it a little bit more stable but I think we should just take things that golf ball manufactures say to us with a little bit of a pinch of salt I mean it's a marketers dream isn't it a golf ball and we shouldn't get too sucked into it but that's not to take anything away from the Bridgestone golf ball it's very very good it's reasonably priced and in this country in the UK I think it's going to retail for a dozen somewhere between twenty five pounds and thirty pounds that's where I would see this on the shelf love to know what this will retail for in the States so if anyone could let me know that would be most helpful anyway thanks for watching my video today if like the video give it a little thumbs up and if you haven't subscribed to my channel please consider doing so just click on the button down below and I'll be back soon with more videos all the best have a good day and bye for now [Music] you

Boblov 650-Yards Golf Rangefinder is inexpensive but it certainly doesn’t look or feel like a budget device. Its elegant black and white finish will help you look and play like a professional golfer without breaking the bank.
Even though the Boblov 650-yards is priced as an entry-level model, it can benefit all kinds of players with a long effective range and several impressive features. Thanks to its compact design, this golf rangefinder would fit in your pocket or golf bag for easy use. Since this rangefinder uses a high-powered laser for calculating distance, you’ll have to aim and point it at the target to get the distance.
Its maximum range is 650 yards with an accuracy of up to 2 yards. The Boblov 650-yards also features 6x magnification that makes targeting easier. With the Pin-Senor flag-locking technology, you can be certain that you’ll always be on target.
Since it is a budget golf rangefinder, the Boblov 650-yards doesn’t feature all the bells and whistles that you get with more expensive models. However, it still offers a lot for its price. For instance, the vibration function lets you know when you are locked on a target. The Boblov 650-yards also includes a rechargeable battery – charged through a USB cable – that will save you from the inconvenience of carrying extra batteries with you.
The Boblov 650-yards Golf Rangerfinder can’t identify slope and account for it. This is one feature that we would have loved seeing it in this rangefinder but Boblov didn’t include it because it would have increased the price of this budget rangefinder.
Another downside of the Boblov 650-yards is that it isn’t weatherproof. This is a serious flaw since there is no weather or shock-proof case included with the product.
Apart from these two issues, the Boblov 650-yards is a pretty good option for anyone looking for an entry-level golf rangefinder.
alright guys today we are at America's favorite golf store note through those palm trees we are at Walmart today we are going to buy the cheapest golf balls at Walmart go and play them see what happens this should be fun stay tuned I'm not sure if we can film in Walmart I'll have to ask so this might be the only Walmart seeing that you get but uh maybe we'll go inside - alright guys so I have confirmed we are allowed to film in the Walmart we're walking through the toy section here and trying to find the golf section see some basketball hoops we must be getting close alright here we are golf section look at this glorious section of golf at Walmart mind you we are in Florida so you would think they'd have much more golf stuff cheapest golf balls let's get out of here people are staring already alright nope not looking 15 dollars for some pinnacles tailor-made distance Plus those looks pretty legit actually let's see Strix on Z stars that's all we'll be comparing the cheapest golf ball - I think we're getting cheaper over here some zips Nitro oh man never even heard of those five dollars an 88 cents for some nitros I'm gonna have to pick those a nitro pulsar soft matte finish technology nope those are three times as much all right looks like we're going with the Nitro they have different colors so yeah you might as well go with pink why not cheap his golf ball challenge pink challenge as you can see we are out at the golf course super excited about this one the Nitro made it from Walmart survived that experience it's always fun comment if you love Walmart comment if you ever buy any golf stuff from Walmart I noticed the prices weren't that good the Strix on Z stars $33 we're online they're $29.99 so yeah just notice that but let's get into this the nitros pink of course let's look at their marketing driver solid off tee shots hybrid soft feel for distance and accuracy irons spin control from scoring irons and then they got the last one hit and stick action I'm assuming that meant wedges but yeah so if you've watched a lot of my golf ball testing videos usually we just get out on the course and start hammering out seeing which ball goes further all of that but this time I think we're gonna have a little bit more strategy to it we're gonna test it short game then we're gonna test it distance wise and then we're gonna play three holes of match play against my favorite golf ball the Strix on z-star so three holes match play we'll see if those factors distance and spin around the Greens actually make a difference in score with some match play let's get started with short game one thing I noticed already this is like a giant sleeve of golf ball there's no individual sleeves it's just it's just loose golf balls so that's a difference right there I'm gonna have to pick these up then we'll get started with a little about 20-yard pitch short game a little 20-yard pitch shot 60-degree wedge [Music] 20 yard pizza not that bad they kind of feel like mini golf balls but other than that not that bad I almost hold out two of them so let's see how they are on some chip shots [Music] short chip shots not the worst ball I've ever tested [Music] off the putter they're actually surprisingly soft thought they're gonna be really hard but surprisingly soft let's go see how far they are off the tee then get into match play [Music] all right distance test when they hit one nitro then once tricks on is the test control thing and then another nitro [Music] go if you have watched any of my golf ball testing videos it is freakish how close they are off the tee there are the two pink Nitro golf balls and maybe four yards further up is the Strix on so four yards further could be down to roll or anything but not a huge difference let's go through how the ball felt how it felt off the tee distance all of that kind of stuff before we get into the match play to see if those factors actually make a difference in my score so short game not the softest golf ball I've ever tested didn't have the most spin but it was decent in both of those I'm not gonna lie I thought I was gonna be terrible it kind of feels like crap when you hold it in the hand it feels like a mini golf ball putt-putt golf ball comment below if you know what I'm talking about distance wise as you can see not a huge difference so yeah I'm interested to see if just a mediocre crappy six dollar golf ball can compete against my favorite golf ball of 2018 Strix on thirty dollars a dozen right now so let's go get into those three holes match play alright first up we have the Strix on Z star it has the honours because it was my favorite golf ball of 2018 so let's see how it plays compared to the Nitro [Music] that was hammered [Music] I had a strange ball flight so first hole big difference strict on right up there in the middle of the fairway and I felt like I hit the Nitro just as well but it got really hung up with the wind kind of knuckled so a big difference right off the bat let's see if makes a difference in from here I have a feeling you will because that's a super sidehill lie that one's in the middle of the fairway let's play MIT where did that even go can't tell you where it went cuz I have no idea but sounded good hard as I said I couldn't really tell where that one with the wind is really picking up so I apologize for any audio difficulty that one was about 170 yards left in this one's about 150 using the same club though because the wind is picked up that is right at it a little bit deep cut through the wind I figured out why I could not find my ball I was looking for it 20 yards too far up so this ball got absolutely destroyed in the wind we are about 15 yards short of the flag sort of the green in a bunker not looking good yeah putt for par putt for birdie big difference so far got about a 20 footer for birdie with this tricks on and a 15 footer for par with the Nitro [Music] these earrings are fast all right par with the Strix on [Music] second hole par-5 576 yards let's get after it [Music] hammered both of those off the tee there's the nitro up here let's walk it off one two three four what six seven eight nine ten yards further was the strict on but it's in the bunker so let's see how they plan from here the strict on this one up so far but the night shows in the fairway looking good on a par 5 nitro going with the 3-wood cuz I'm in the fairway that most perfect let's go play that shot out of the bunker three iron because I'm in the bunker [Music] those should both be in the fairway let's play them in from there both of those ended up in the fairway there's the Strix on there's the hundred marker and up there is the Nitro so that's got about 85 yards left this one's got about 110 so uh yeah let's see some scoring wedges let's do it [Music] mas o menos all right Rick Suns got about 35 feet left so Nitro here's your opening let's do this [Music] that's got go-go not sure it's over a hill but I think that's close both birdie putts the Nitro right here has got about 35 feet strict zones got about 35 feet no real winner but we're gonna play them in [Music] really good at putting [Music] to parse nitro is still down let's go play a really hard hold nice little 200 yard par 3 up hill to cap it off circus on still one up I hope you've been enjoying the least scientific test ever but it's Walmart challenge whatever what do you expect I don't have a launch monitor got a Walmart budget [Music] just off the green to the right [Music] those are probably touching [Music] two hundred yards away and they're not quite touching but they're about as close so we can get I think the Nitro I'm gonna have to hold it out for this to win but yeah okay let's go [Music] alright guys there you have it the Strix on versus the cheapest golf ball at the Walmart a pink Nitro golf ball is there a huge difference not as much as I thought there was going to be but I would never play the Nitro golf ball just because I can't control it in the wind I noticed it was moving around way more than I would want to so if I was in a tournament not gonna leave money on the line with the Nitro even though it's only six dollars a dozen so there you have it I hope you enjoyed watching it I've been John Armstrong you've been watching stacked golf be sure to follow us on Facebook Instagram and Twitter and I'll see you next time [Music]

as history shields down here at Qwest golf academy hair up for every sports village we're testing these do not adjust your set these are the Volvic vivid golf balls I've got the vivid to test which of these crazy crazy crazy colored golf balls they're not crazy golf golf balls by the way they are real golf balls and then I've got the s3 s4 to test I'm gonna do those in a separate video just feel like these two golf balls even though they're made by the same company Volvic they are not in the same league so stay tuned for the s3 and s4 video coming soon probably tomorrow this is from news video coming in let's start with the Vivid's though first because these are the ones that have caused a lot of talking points early because of the ridiculous color of these golf balls and Volvic is a Korean based company who have made these golf balls they seem to be getting into the hands of a lot of players a lot of the good players of Tour players are using s3 s4 so stay tuned like so to review those because these are just different league for me these I've got and very much a crazy golf type look so they are unbelievably bright these are I believe these are all the colors you can get and it's a three piece golf ball it sent me a cut through that three piece golf ball and they're not cheap but not ridiculously expensive in fairness they're quite expensive for what they are so I tested these golf balls I started on the chipping and putting with them did some pitching and I've come back inside played to hit some on quad with a wedge 7-iron and drive sorted through the numbers of these golf balls so I first took them out on the golf course and I must admit I was I was a little bit kind of put out position that putting this ball down on a putting green I felt very very odd putting such a brightly colored golf ball on a point green because you cannot miss these things they are so bright they have a matte finish which actually makes the golf balls look like there are no dimples on them at all you have to look unbelievably close to see the dimples on some of them the red one and the orange one you can make out in pulls a little bit more but on the white one and the blue one and the green one there almost they look smooth the white one looks like a snooker golf snooker ball super golf ball sinker ball or a pool ball or a ping pong ball it doesn't look like a golf ball at all I want to test them so let's get are these adding a bit of a Mickey Mouse golf ball or is there actually something behind the divot let's talk about the feel I was games it's also got over the looks of these golf balls of size pulling with them I wasn't overwhelmed by the feel of them if I'm honest they were quite hard they were quite clicky I didn't feel like they were really giving me any response at all they actually did feel like a crazy golf ball they felt like just that a little bit of a cheap plastic golf ball plastic golf ball and then there's some chipping in some picture with them again just wasn't overwhelmed by this they would golf ball it was just not giving me the feelings that I require and if feelings and putting and chipping and the fields around putting chipping are not bothered and you want just the looks well then that might not be so big a deal for you but obviously when I'm testing the golf ball on a ball that feels soft and one that responds responds and spins as I've chip it into a green so I've now come back inside in to hit some shots on quad GT quad hit for 100 yards shots with a brand new tailor-made wedge hit seven iron shots in a brand new eye 200 ioan and hit some drivers with the Callaway driver and I hit five with with the ball actually hit the green one all the way through the testing I hit five with each shot and then pick the best three to give you some numbers I also did a durability test at the end as well why hit ten golf shots with a full wedge to see how long this ball lasted how it cooked through did it have any real damage as I hit it for durability purposes and let's laugh with the wedge numbers first so as we sing upon screen here a vivid 100-yard shot my biggest standout factor on this was the spin number really wasn't particularly high at all they were quite low actually it was less than 10,000 rpm spin carry distance at 99 yards I thought a flight was good still quite quickly nor the full wedge shots but just wasn't really getting a load to speak this little golf ball does not brand itself as a high spin golf ball it's brandon itself as a low spin golf ball is its run itself as a distance golf ball so we're probably not going to see a lot of spin numbers from that range now did get some really weird spin numbers off this as well using quad and I can only really put it down to the fact that quad uses a camera system that works at I think it's 20,000 frames per second and I think because they were so matte finish it was actually struggling to see the spin of the dimples on a normal golf ball it can actually see the spin of the dimples so I've tested all of the colors with the wedge and I'll just show the numbers here this is all of the wedge colors and we saw similar again there was a couple of dodgy one without the blue first of all it really didn't pick up at all just at some quadrats on the camera system however though across all of the testing I feel very confident now to say after all of the testing with all of the colors it don't really break 10000 rpm spin children just to go over 9,000 rpm spin when I compare that to a pro v1 or at ATP 5 the premium premium green golf balls that's quite low on it but again it's not branding itself at the premium ball I spin numbers but it's not cheap they are not cheap these golf balls if those if that bright you shouldn't be able to lose them as much but that's one thing actually when I was out on the golf course did a little experiment and I chucked him into the rough to see how quick they were easy to it they were to find I found that those three weirdly enough were really difficult to find the red one most difficult followed by the blue one followed by weirdly the bright green one was really struggling to find those ones those four much easier to find that one and that one couldn't miss them when they fly through the air on full shots it is why something else the light meteorite explained through there it's quite it's quite a sensational sight you cannot miss anyone that uses these Vivid's I've got to tell you that and then one that uses the vivid RM how can I say this brave I think to rock up with a golf ball this call it on the first tee I think you're very brave however I do think it's got a market I think for the junior golfer for the new golfer so somebody wants fun with it they're going to look at choosing one of these because I think they're just so bold and and crazy I just can't imagine Barry the accountant turning over one of these I don't know stereotype I just I just don't know if that's the case I don't lift up the market for them vivid 7-iron shots you can see that the middle row again I was getting low spin numbers again carrying it 173 for 183 toll but spin rate quite a bit lower considering the spin rates I'm normally get that 7-iron and again it's going to offer good distance but for me not spin numbers that we require if we look at the driver numbers great low spin numbers for me when I was hitting them hard I've getting less than 2,000 spin just great equaling 292 carry difference I just use golf balls having a market place in the long drive tournament I think a lot of long drive guys would use this type of golf ball one because it's a wacky crazy sport that they all play when they just ran smack it is hard to count but doesn't matter if it looks like it's got no dimples they probably quite like that I also give it a feeling like it's just going to go even further and I feel like long drive guys will actually have a field day with these things and and they would look so good through the air really would certainly be in hitter like 200 miles per hour ball speed and the finish is something too is hard to get over I hit 10 balls with the green one after the test and honestly it looks like it's damage free but that's only because I cannot see I can't see the dimple this even if it wouldn't make damage it just it still just has that matte finish to it it's not scratched it's not scuffed I've read some comments online that they say they're not very good in dirt I don't know why that would be the case it seems to pick up a lot of dirt as well as it would because they're so super bold any bit of mud or anything Oliver stains wouldn't look as good but I didn't know its attack I'm honest though when I was talking about the golf course it wasn't a big deal the two or three times I've taken on the course you might have seen this before I did this review me and Pete have actually hit these golf balls out on the golf course I hit this on the on the passport at st. George's Hill and drove through the back of the green and this one the orange one conway golf club and it went like 450 yards it was a week and I'm not exaggerating there is video proof of that it went a ridiculous ridiculous long way I do think the long kitten golf balls I really do I think that the junior golfers will absolutely love these I just don't see it having a huge audience base that absolutely fine either way they're not quite crazy golf balls but for me they're not far off there a little bit novelty there a little bit out there but hey there's nothing wrong with that either there is absolutely nothing wrong with that whatsoever but bring some brightness and some smiles to people's faces out in the golf course I'm all for that and that's the Volvic vivid now bear in mind that what I'm saying is vivid vivid the s2 in the s3 and s4 that review is coming next now these are the premium golf balls coming from Volvic oh wow these are a different league to the vivid believe me when I say that so guys stay tuned for that video that's going to be coming next if you enjoyed the video hit that like button comment below which color if you had up have to if you have to play with one of those golf balls what color would you play with I'd love to hear your comments down below and if I see some good ones and I even send you the color of the golf ball don't think I'm going to be taking out the golf course anytime soon and playing with them so comment below if I see some creative ones I'll get in touch and I'll pendulous golf balls out guys thanks for watching hope you enjoyed the video if you need to my channel hit that subscribe button stay tuned tomorrow for the or if this is the videos already built loaded the video will already be on my channel at the s3 in the export videos coming soon these are the premium golf balls a very different tale to those two guys thanks for watching hope you enjoyed it I will see you next time Volvic vivid dawn brighten up someone's day anyway they are bright
Things to Consider When Buying a Budget Golf Rangefinder
If you want to buy a budget golf rangefinder, you should consider some important factors before making your purchase decision. These include:
Readability and Features
Readability is a very broad term that takes into consideration how easy the golf rangefinder is to make sense of. Since golf is primarily played during the day, readability should be good in daylight. Good quality rangefinder features a LED light display that is easy to read.
In addition to readability, you should also pay attention to the features included in the rangefinder. For example, a high-quality golf ranger finder will take slope into account to provide you with accurate readings.
Magnification is a nice feature to have in your golf rangefinder. Golf courses are unpredictable so you don’t want to be walking around the course to get a better viewpoint. This is why it is better to opt for a budget golf ranger finder that sports a magnification option.
Range is one of the most important things to consider when buying a golf rangefinder. You should look for a budget golf rangefinder with at least 200 yards of effective range. Anything less than this isn’t a good deal even at a lower price point.
If you intend to play golf in the rain or during winter, you should look for a rangefinder than can withstand harsh weather conditions.
Pinpoint accuracy is imperative. Varying range can often compromise the accuracy of a golf rangefinder. Most of the rangefinders available in the market will give +/- 1 yard accuracy within 450 yards. However, this accuracy decreases with distance so you should select the rangefinder keeping in minding its level of accuracy.
Most high-end golf rangefinders offer a slope feature. With this feature, the device accounts for slope changes when measuring the distance. It is a good option to have in your golf rangefinder but you can do without it, especially if you are short on cash. Besides, most budget golf rangefinders don’t feature a slope option.
Cost is obviously an important factor to consider when buying a budget golf rangefinder. Rangefinders vary greatly in cost due to their design and materials used in the construction. There are several budget rangefinders available in the market but they differ in terms of features. You should select a golf rangefinder that best suits your wallet and your needs.
Questions and Answers about Budget Golf Rangefinders
Q1) Can Golf Rangefinders be Used in Professional Competitions?
This is a tricky question. Golf governing bodies – USGA and R&A – approve the use of certain golf rangefinders. However, at professional competitions, they still may not be allowed. Professional golfers are well-aware of the advantages of using golf rangefinders, like more accurate measurement of distance from the flag and improved play.
Despite the fact that golf is a slow-paced game and the use of rangefinders can speed it up, these high-tech devices are still looked down upon at tournaments.
Golf rangefinders may be allowed in professional competitions in the future, as they improve play, accuracy, and speed up the game. But, right now, you should check to see if the competition allows the use of rangefinders or not.
Q2) How Does a Rangefinder Work?
A golf rangefinder is similar to binoculars. Using both your hands, you look through an eyepiece and focus on a particular spot on the green. Then, you press a button and a laser will determine the distance to the spot. Your hand should be steady for the rangefinder to lock in the spot that the laser is measuring.
Some golf rangefinders have more detailed features like accounting for elevation changes that are useful when hitting the golf ball into an uphill fairway.
A clear line of sight is a must for measuring the distance with a golf rangefinder.
Q.3) Is Slope Feature a Must-Have in a Golf Rangefinder?
The more sophisticated golf rangefinders factor in the downhill or uphill trajectory of a shot and then account for the slope to provide you with an accurate reading.
While practicing, the slope feature comes in handy as it lets you determine how elevation changes will affect your shot-making. It is a pretty good feature that should help you shave off the rough edges and help you lower your score.
However, a slope isn’t a must-have feature and most budget golf rangefinders don’t offer it.
Q.4) Are Golf Laser Rangefinders better than Golf GPS Rangefinders?
Golf laser rangefinders are more flexible and accurate than GPS units. With these rangefinders, you can find a distance to the target with ease. All you have to do is point the device in the target direction and keep the rangefinder steady to lock it on the target.
In comparison, GPS rangefinders aren’t as accurate as golf laser rangefinders.
Q.5) Why Should You Use a Golf Rangefinder?
If you want to score low, you should determine the distance of your projection with accuracy. Most professional golfers can estimate the distance from the target using markers, bushes, or trees. However, this method requires a lot of time.
To obtain accuracy in marking your distances from the target, you can rely on a golf rangefinder.
Golf rangefinders are especially useful for beginners, as novice golfers generally struggle at determining the distance with markers and other things.
Even though these devices may not be allowed at professional competitions, they are still pretty useful when you are just practicing your shot-making.
Q.6) What are Some Benefits of Using a Golf Rangefinder?
Increases Speed of Play
A golf rangefinder will eliminate the delay that is experienced while using markers and other objects for estimating distance. The device will quickly calculate the distance for you with accuracy so you can take the shot without wasting too much time.
This way, you will be through the 18 holes in far less time than usual.
Covers for Slopes
Some golf rangefinders can account for slope. This feature is pretty useful, especially when you are practicing. Slope feature will calculate the slope change while measuring the distance, which will result in a higher accuracy level.
As a golfer, it isn’t possible to obtain such accurate results with a yard marker.
Boosts Your Confidence
You will take the shots with more confidence when you don’t have any doubts about the distance from the target.
When it comes to golf, accuracy is extremely important. You have to do a lot of math before every shot and you can get the distance wrong if you are relying on markers, bushes, and trees. This is why it is best to use a golf rangefinder to measure the distance accurately before you take your shot.
With a golf rangefinder, your shot making will improve and thus, you will be able to score low. While there are plenty of high-end golf rangefinders, you can also get great value for money from inexpensive versions.
If you are short on cash, then a budget golf rangefinder would be the right option for you.
